Privacy Policy

Effective Date: June 26, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to Ikona Analytics LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website. This policy does not apply to the data we process on behalf of our customers within our software platform, which is governed by a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

By accessing or using our website, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our site immediately.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect on the Site includes:

  • Personal Data: Personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, and telephone number, that you voluntarily give to us when you fill out a contact form, request a demo, or subscribe to our newsletter. When you subscribe to our newsletter we use double opt-in — you confirm your subscription from a link we email you — and we record your consent (the date, the IP address it was submitted from, and the version of this notice in effect) so we can demonstrate that you opted in.
  • Derivative Data: Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, and operating system. This includes data collected by third-party analytics services — Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity — and, where you consent, by cross-context advertising services — Microsoft UET (Bing Ads) and the LinkedIn Insight Tag — to help us understand website traffic, measure ad performance, and reach relevant audiences.
  • Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience, analyze traffic, and measure advertising through Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Microsoft UET (Bing Ads), and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. Analytics and advertising technologies load only after you consent. You will be presented with a cookie banner to manage your preferences. Learn more in our .

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the third-party service providers (“processors”) that help us operate our website and communications, and only as needed to deliver our services:

  • Supabase: database and authentication hosting (stores contact, subscriber, and account records).
  • Vercel: website hosting and infrastructure, including Vercel Analytics.
  • Resend: email delivery for our newsletter and transactional messages.
  • Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity: website analytics, heatmaps, and anonymized usage measurement.
  • Microsoft Advertising (UET) and LinkedIn Insight Tag: cross-context behavioral advertising and conversion measurement (retargeting). These load only after you consent, and you can opt out at any time through the cookie banner.
  • Upstash: rate limiting and abuse protection (a hashed identifier derived from your IP), and durable queuing of background jobs.

Each provider is contractually obligated to process your data only on our instructions and to safeguard it. Some of these providers may process data in the United States. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

4. Rights for European Residents (GDPR)

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). These include the right to access, update, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, the right of rectification, objection, and data portability.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at info@ikonaanalytics.com. We will respond to your request within 30 days.

Newsletter data & retention: We keep your subscriber record until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email or your preference center — it takes effect immediately. When you ask us to erase your data, we permanently remove your personal details (name, company, role, and related information) and retain only the minimal record needed to honor your opt-out and ensure we do not email you again.

5. Additional U.S. State Rights

Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), and other U.S. states with applicable data privacy laws may have additional rights. These may include the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.

We do not sell personal information. Please contact us to inquire about your specific rights or to submit a data access or deletion request at info@ikonaanalytics.com.
